If you have access to AI Scribe, either through the 4 hour free trial or a paid licence, you can use it to help complete assessments in real time while you’re with a client.
AI Scribe listens to your session and automatically fills in assessment responses based on the conversation, helping to reduce admin time and keep your focus on the client.
Alternatively, if you prefer to complete an assessment after the session (for example, when filling in a form for the clinician to complete), you can speak the questions aloud and then dictate the answers you would like recorded. AI Scribe will capture this information and populate the relevant fields accordingly.
You’ll need to allow access to your device’s microphone to record sessions using AI Scribe.
How to use AI Scribe in an assessment
- Go to Create → Assessment
- Select the assessment you’d like to complete
- Click Open Scribe at the bottom of the screen
- Press the Record button to begin recording
Once recording has started, you can begin your session or complete the assessment. AI Scribe captures all voices in the conversation.
If you are with a client, any questions you ask and their responses will be recorded and used to automatically populate the relevant fields once recording is complete. You can also use AI Scribe outside of a live session by speaking the questions and dictating the answers yourself when completing the assessment.
After the session
- Click Stop to end the recording
- A modal will appear asking you to please wait while AI Scribe interprets the recording
- When finished, it will automatically populate the assessment form for you.
Important
- Always review the completed assessment to ensure all answers are accurate and reflect what the client said.
- AI Scribe supports up to 200 questions per recording, so any additional questions beyond this limit will not be processed.
