What plans can I subscribe to in WriteUpp?

WriteUpp offers three subscription plans to suit different practice sizes and needs. Here’s an overview of each plan and what’s included.

Flex

The Flex plan gives you full flexibility to add or remove users/add-ons as needed.

  • As you add more users, the cost will increase accordingly.
  • Online Booking is available as an optional add-on for a small additional cost.
  • Group video licences are available as an optional add-on.
    Note: 1:1 video calling is included in your WriteUpp subscription (video minute bundles must be purchased to host calls). To host group video calls, users must have a video licence assigned. Users with a video licence also receive unlimited video minutes, which can save you money if you regularly use video services (read more).
  • SMS credits are not included, but you can top these up at any time.
  • All active users on this plan require a licence.

On the Flex plan, every active user (clinical or non-clinical) requires a paid licence. Looking to save on admin users? Check out the new Solo and Group plans below, which include free non-clinical users.

Solo

The Solo plan is designed for individual practitioners.

  • Includes 1 clinical user licence.
  • Comes with Online Booking included.
  • Group video licences are available as an optional add-on.
    Note: 1:1 video calling is included in your WriteUpp subscription (video minute bundles must be purchased to host calls). To host group video calls, users must have a video licence assigned. Users with a video licence also receive unlimited video minutes, which can save you money if you regularly use video services (read more).
  • You’ll receive 100 SMS credits per month (these do not roll over).

  • Includes 1 free non-clinical user to help manage your admin tasks.

Non-clinical users do not have a diary in WriteUpp and are designed for administrative staff. You can learn more about clinical and non-clinical user types here.

Group

The Group plan is designed for larger or growing practices.

  • Increase the number of clinical licences to your requirements
  • Includes Online Booking.
  • Group video licences are available as an optional add-on.
    Note: 1:1 video calling is included in your WriteUpp subscription (video minute bundles must be purchased to host calls). To host group video calls, users must have a video licence assigned. Users with a video licence also receive unlimited video minutes, which can save you money if you regularly use video services (read more).
  • Each clinical user receives 100 SMS credits per month (these do not roll over).

For example, a 5 licence Group plan would include 500 SMS credits per month.

  • You can add as many non-clinical users as you need on this plan, free of charge. These users are not listed as appointment resources and do not have diaries.

This plan offers the best value for multi-clinician practices looking for flexibility and scalability.
